Superior, Colorado – April 2026 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce that Gregory (Greg) Zabikow has joined the company as Director of Operations, reporting to Durgesh Singh, COO & Group General Manager. Greg brings extensive experience in global operations, supply chain management, and execution leadership, with a proven history of driving performance improvements and scalable growth across multi-site and multi-country environments.
In this role, Greg will lead end-to-end operational execution across Magswitch’s Americas business, with scope expanding globally over time. He will serve as a key operational leader, connecting Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Global Manufacturing to ensure products are delivered efficiently, projects are executed effectively, and customers experience consistent, high-quality service. Greg will play a critical role in strengthening operational discipline, improving supply chain performance, and driving accountability across manufacturing interfaces, logistics, field service, and installations.
Greg has held senior leadership roles across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain, where he has consistently delivered measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and overall business performance. He is known for leading transformation initiatives, implementing KPI-driven execution frameworks, and building scalable operating models that support both growth and operational excellence. His experience spans global markets, including the United States, Canada, and Europe, where he has successfully led teams through complex operational challenges and growth initiatives.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University.
